Coaching

I work with people who are experiencing high levels of stress and overwhelm, who may lack confidence and self belief, struggle to make changes and decisions in life or that just feel stuck.  All of these things significantly impact our lives and mental well being - in and outside work. 

As your coach, I want the best for you and I believe that deep down you know exactly what that is.  My role is to help you access that by providing a judgement free, trusting space that enables you to tap in to your inner wisdom to move forward.  Through coaching, you will gain more self awareness around the thinking and beliefs that get in your way and shift them to work for you rather than against you.   I am passionate about managing our minds positively, connecting the head and the heart to help you move forward. I work in partnership with clients, with honesty, compassion and fun.

I don't pretend to be the finished article, I have experienced all of the challenges described above and still do at times.  The difference now is that I have learnt practices and tools that are part of my daily life enabling me to experience so much more alignment and joy.  These I will share as we work together.
 
I love being outside and where possible I like to coach outdoors - either in person or by phone.  Nature offers us a unique perspective that can help calm us, see things differently and access our intuition more easily.



Group coaching

Group coaching provides a powerful space for people to learn together.  Based on my belief that when you bring people together, good things happen.  This coaching is for small groups of up to 4 people.    Each person has the opportunity to work through specific challenges and has the benefit of being coached coupled with the wisdom of peers supporting, sharing and learning from each other.

Strengths Coaching

Understanding our strengths is critical to our success and performance. In fact, according to Gallup, we are 6 x times more likely to be engaged in our jobs and happiers in our lives if we focus on our strengths. As an accredited Gallup Strengths Coach I will help you name, claim and aim your strengths for success.

How we can work together

I offer a free 30 minute session to explain more about the coaching process and to get to know each other a bit.  You'll have a chance to talk about what you'd like to gain from coaching and whether this feels the right fit for you.  If you do consider working with me, we'll agree on the coaching programme which tends to be 6-8 sessions initially.  It's really important that you take your time in deciding whether this is for you.
